It's been a long time since the Octarians were defeated by the Agents and were forced to make peace with the Inklings. Times have been great since then -- Inklings and Octarians now live together in harmony. Well... Most Octarians, that is. Far south of Octo Valley lies another Octarian civilization -- Octo City. Believe me, the inhabitants of Octo City are... Less than friendly to say the least. The people of Octo City are bound and determined to break the peaceful bond between Inklings and Octarians. They would even go as far as to start a war, just to separate the two (mostly) peaceful species. The Northern Octarians have one plan -- albeit a risky one. Most of the original Octarian army has withdrawn from their positions to live a peaceful lifestyle, so they only have one thing to do... Rebuild the army from the ground up. It all starts with an average Inkling girl and shy Octoling boy, completely oblivious towards the Southern Octarian Rebellion. They think that everything is fine, at least on the surface. They couldn't have been more wrong.

Now that Sid's 14, it's time for him to move out of the house. He's going to the big city! Inkopolis! However, Sid seemingly keeps seeing the blue haired inkling from the train ride. Wherever he goes, she's there too! Who is she? What does the future hold for Sid?

Three, Four, Eight, Seven and Nine. To most people, those aren't just numbers. They are the heroes of inkopolis. They fight to save the world, they defend the helpless but most of all, they stick together. *Takes place after Project Splatoon 3 by Alexis 'Squeaky' Pflaum*

This is my take on what I think Splatoon 3's Single Player/Hero Mode will be, keep in mind this is my story and not real! Enjoy :]

This story is about what I personally think Marina's backstory was like. Some events may not match up to canon events. Pearlina is canon in this story. Characters may be out of character. My aim for this story is for it to be set in Marina's past but I may write about the present later on in the story. All art used is either my own art or official art. If it is my own art it will be stated in an A/N (author's note) at the beginning of the chapter. I do not own the Splatoon franchise or any of the characters in this story.

(Agents 4 and 8 are referred to with They/Them pronouns so the reader can imagine them as their own playable characters!) (This is a SEQUEL to Order Up, a past Splatoon fanfic I wrote. Please read that one first, and thank you!) Two months ago, the Memverse crashed. Marina Ida, its creator, is desperate to save it! She's spent the past two months working tirelessly to restore her work in order to cure more sanitized Octarians. But someone still wants to use the Memverse to create a "perfect colorless word of order." Now that the program is weakened, Smollusk has jumped at the chance to take control. It's created it's own humanoid army called the Order Defense Force in an attempt to stop Marina and grayscale the entire world! It's up to herself, Pearl, Acht, and Agent 8 to save the Memverse a third time! Oh, and Agent 4, of course. Dragging their friend Cyrus - better known as his alias, H4CKER - along with them, Agent 4 will do everything they can to help in the name of saving lives. Team Four is back in action - whether Team Eight appreciates the help or not! (Splatoon, and the art used on the cover of course, all belong to Nintendo.)

Inkopolis is a city divided by colors. Squids with purple tentacles only hang out with other squids with purple or pink tentacles, squids with blue tentacles only hang out with other squids with blue tentacles and so on an so fourth. All of the color groups have their one befriended color team, and the rest are enemies. It is strictly forbidden to befriend anyone who is not an ally to your team. But will some of these rival squids be forced to work as a team? After the Octolings failed to steal the 'Great Zapfish' from the inklings, the Octariens took time to train, recover and squidnapped the 'Great Zapfish' once again. But with agents 1 and 2 being on tour and the new found power of the Octolings, Agent 3 and Agents Blue and Orange, just aren't enough to fight them and retrieve all the zapfish. So Capt'n Cuttlefish recruits a whole bunch of new agents to help Agent 3. But how will the new recruits preform while they are fighting along side rival colors?? Note this was created before the release of splatoon 2 so it will be taking place in Inkopolis plaza not square :3 This book MAY contain; 'Girl x Boy', 'Girl x Girl' and 'Boy x Boy' relationships. If you can't put up with it, my apologies, but its only minor. Characters in this book such as Capt'n Cuttlefish, DJ Octavio belong to Nintendo.

(The art is drawn by Chelsdagr8or and KraKra255) One Inkopolis. Many families. 7 Inklings and three Octolings are part of the population of Inkopolis, along with Chelsea, Pygmy, Danny and Natila. Fates will by unwound and backstories will be discovered. What will be found out from the twins Alaina and Olivia and the rest of the families? Only time will tell.

Based on the game's campaign mode is a Splatoon Story. A young boy's life is about to change when his town of Inkopolis is shaken by a group known as the Octo Gang who have stolen the Zap fish for their own greedy desire to take over the world. Joined by 3 of his comerades and his college crush, young Ozzy plans to combat the threat and save his home! Can he do it?

[ONE SHOT] After Agent 8's encounter with his inner hero, he decided to lay low and enjoy his newly found life in the bustling city of Inkopolis. Blending in with the other squid kids would definitely present itself as a challenge.. Making one wrong move would reveal the harsh truth: he was an octoling. To help ease his concerns, Marina assigned a familiar face to him settle into the city. "Those tentacles, that uniform, his unforgiving expression. This has to be him. The one I fought two years ago.. Does he remember me from back then?" Was the one thought that swarmed the octo's mind.

Inkopolis bay is a new place to start, no more rotten past following X as they move in. They get situated easily enough, but...they still don't have friends, even with a curious sea hareling named Y following them around. Life is boring for a little while until Y takes them to meet their friends. And for a moment, life doesn't seem so bad... Until they invade. Not Makoids, not Salmonids. The Chrysalings. Strange hybrids of insects and cephalopods have come to Inkopolis bay to take everyone back to their home, wanting to please their ruler with the love for music, friends and battle that everyone has. With X, Y, and a few others surviving hidden in the ship of NS Arctorra, it's up to them to bring everyone back and restore the bay to what it was before.

MK and the others have arrived to a strange place thru a portal... The people here are strange, their hair isn't actual hair.. It's tentacles! Maybe someone brought them there...
