Inkopolis is a city divided by colors. Squids with purple tentacles only hang out with other squids with purple or pink tentacles, squids with blue tentacles only hang out with other squids with blue tentacles and so on an so fourth. All of the color groups have their one befriended color team, and the rest are enemies. It is strictly forbidden to befriend anyone who is not an ally to your team. But will some of these rival squids be forced to work as a team? After the Octolings failed to steal the 'Great Zapfish' from the inklings, the Octariens took time to train, recover and squidnapped the 'Great Zapfish' once again. But with agents 1 and 2 being on tour and the new found power of the Octolings, Agent 3 and Agents Blue and Orange, just aren't enough to fight them and retrieve all the zapfish. So Capt'n Cuttlefish recruits a whole bunch of new agents to help Agent 3. But how will the new recruits preform while they are fighting along side rival colors?? Note this was created before the release of splatoon 2 so it will be taking place in Inkopolis plaza not square :3 This book MAY contain; 'Girl x Boy', 'Girl x Girl' and 'Boy x Boy' relationships. Part 1: Silica, a 14 year old, teal colored inkling, finds her way to Inkopolis. Her cheery attitude attracted many friends and followers, and a dangerous job, and school brought many surprises and shocking ideas. Looks like Inkopolis isn't nearly as calm as she though it would be! Part 2: Ideas are shifting and relationships are changing. When a friend gets taken away, Silica is bitten by grief and confusion. Some species might've even left forever! When danger appears on a friendly image, Silica is changed forever. Some things might never go back to normal on her part. This story is either done, or almost done, if you are reading this. I hope you enjoyed my story~

This is about an Octoling named Tide. He is learning how to be in Inkopolis and try not to be shy. He may even get in love???? Idk. This is my first story so please keep that in mind. If you got any criticism at all just comment and I'll do my best to improve

{ Warning: Major spoilers for Octo Expansion! } After almost sacrificing her own life to save the world from a maniacal sentient telephone, Eight wants nothing more than to travel to the Promised Land at last, where she can finally begin to live a normal life of her own up in Inkopolis. With Three promising to show her around and help her get settled, Eight isn't too worried about what the beautiful, colorful city has to offer. She's more than excited to see it all - and perhaps even participate in these "turf wars" she'd heard so much about.. However, life isn't as easy as Eight'd thought. Although she doesn't have to fight any more zombified Octolings (while off duty, at least), Eight only feels confusion when a certain Inkling girl tugs at her heart strings. Not to mention that life in Inkopolis isn't all rainbows and ponies (whatever those are..). Will Eight be able to truly accustom to an average life, or will it forever be just a rollercoaster of love and hate?

Elijah, a young squid ventures out of his normal life to take on a challenge far beyond what he normally does. He leaves the splatlands for the city to make a team called the Splatlanders and win a tournament that could change not just his life but others forever. Will this young squid be able to rise to the challenge, or will he end up just a puddle of ink in the end. Watch out squid kids! Cuz the Splatlanders are inkoming! (Agents 4 and 8 are referred to with They/Them pronouns so the reader can imagine them as their own playable characters!) (This is a SEQUEL to Order Up, a past Splatoon fanfic I wrote. Please read that one first, and thank you!) Two months ago, the Memverse crashed. Marina Ida, its creator, is desperate to save it! She's spent the past two months working tirelessly to restore her work in order to cure more sanitized Octarians. But someone still wants to use the Memverse to create a "perfect colorless word of order." Now that the program is weakened, Smollusk has jumped at the chance to take control. It's created it's own humanoid army called the Order Defense Force in an attempt to stop Marina and grayscale the entire world! It's up to herself, Pearl, Acht, and Agent 8 to save the Memverse a third time! Oh, and Agent 4, of course. Dragging their friend Cyrus - better known as his alias, H4CKER - along with them, Agent 4 will do everything they can to help in the name of saving lives. Agent 4 is defeated by the mind controlled Squid Sisters, and Octavio has taken over Inkopolis. She recruits new people, including Matt, a one-inkling-slaughterhouse who helps Agent 4 and the recruits take down Octavio and save Inkopolis. It took me SO long to make that cover.

Immediately following the defeat of Commander Tartar by the hands of Agent 8, Inkopolis goes through a series of radical changes in such a short time in response to a series of threats from a new enemy alliance that they never thought would happen. Meanwhile, a young adult inkling girl named Liz is practicing for a music battle with her long time friends May and Alex and after winning said battle, gets caught in all the major changes. What is this music battle? What is this new enemy alliance? What are these radical changes that are to occur? Read on to find out!
