A sneak peek into my soul

This is a series of poems I've written that talk about depression, anxiety and other things involving mental health. Read with caution, I brutally honest with my words in these poems. It is not my intent to trigger anyone. I'm going to be talking about a lot a different sensitive comments. feel free to message me if you want an outlet to talk.

Presley wants to leave that's all that she wants but having no where to go she decides to find the edge, the edge of it all, but sometimes the edge is too close to the end. Sometimes you have to throw yourself out there to be who you really are. It's taken me a while to figure out how to say what I really want to say and I have decided words are a playground and I just have to figure out how to string them together. It doesn't always work out successfully but I try. The inside of my head can be weird and that's how the words come out but I've discovered that inside, everyone has words floating around in their own odd combination and this happens to be mine. I hope you feel something when you read these. I hope you feel less alone or weird. At the very least, I hope you find some entertainment here. So please, Read! Comment! Vote! The streets of Chicago are dangerous for any kid, but fifteen year old Jericho grew up watching his dad and brother run them: Selling drugs and taking matters into their own hands. When his brother is killed in front of him and his father goes to prison for murder, Jericho has no choice but to step up and take care of his three younger sisters. Selling drugs on the side to help his mom pay the bills, the world is on his shoulders. Life is hard, but it gets harder when the streets collide with his family and Jericho loses everything he loves. When Jericho finally moves to a new state and the pressure is off, he has to learn to cope in the aftermath of loss.

About a couple months ago ( like October 2019 ) my class and I finished reading the outsiders and watched the movie. I then became a whole fan girl and started reading Outisder imagines. I thought it would be fun if I gave it a try so... this is me giving it a try lol. I don't know if I'll continue doing this for a long time, it depends on how many people enjoy them! This is gonna be a book with many different types of small little stories. This is just something to read until I write an actual book. The name also comes from the facts that some of these stories may actually happen and shows what people really go through. Yall may use these in your books also.
