It often refers to a situation, condition, or state that is extremely bad or degrading. ° ° ° Arisa Kuroha was never one to judge. To hate. Never once had she gazed upon someone with an eye of indignation. She was rather fond of the little strange things----the odd, the overlooked, the ones the world turned away from. The dark-haired beauty Ross stares at in a daze is the complete opposite on the inside. Laura figures Ross could only love either her or Courtney at one time, only love one of their personalities. Personalities that are complete opposites. But as the saying goes, some people are put in your life to save you, and others are there to teach you a lesson. My daughter was suffering from bullying at her new school. I wrote this to show beauty isn't just on the outside. You only need to look. Noel is shy. Despite being a prince charming, he's always hiding behind his long hair bangs and his saggy clothes. He doesn't speak normally and he doesn't look at anyone in the eyes. Christine is outgoing. She speaks what comes to her mind and never feels uncomfortable in front of others. She's what you call a social butterfly. When Christine and Noel meet in their high school alumni party, Christine accidentally bumped into Noel and caused him to panicked and ran away. Christine caught him and found out he's an odd person. Christine thinks it's a waste for a charming man like him to be shy and socially awkward. Therefore, she decided to help Noel overcome his social problems by guiding him herself. This is what I am... We often come across people who judge us by the way we look and this is the first step which leads us to being insecure about ourselves. We doubt on our own ability, but we forget that there are some people who are afraid of our potential. We try to copy others, leaving behind the real 'me' , but we forget that there are some people who admire us and try to copy us. I have been through a very hard time in my life, being insecure about how I look, trying to copy those social media influencers, trying to look 'perfect' and hiding behind a cover of fake beauty. But at last, I was left with lots and lots of disappointments. And I know what being insecure is, and therefore here I'm describing my feelings through a poem. I beleive that everyone is Beautiful, regardless of there outer physical appearance. HAVE A READ Note: Ik the title of this poem is same as that of the song 'imperfectly perfect' by Sophie Michelle. Born with an inability to speak, Arabella never felt connected to anyone. Everyone in her high school found reason to ridicule her condition, and it didn't help that the guy she crushed on rejected her in a manner to where she barely had any pride left. But though Arabella had struggles, a change in events is soon proposed. After meeting Johanna, a girl who lost her leg in a motorcycle accident, she finally finds a person who understands what it's like to be different, and it soon proves that Johanna isn't the only person who feels that way. After receiving letters left at the library where she works, from a guy by the name of "Nate", who proclaims feelings for Arabella from afar, she soon finds herself falling for a person she never met. But like everything in life, Arabella finds herself face to face with complications. Johanna has a plan to set Arabella up on a blind date, and ironically enough, her date is actually blind. Arabella and the boy, William, instantly hit it off. Though vision isn't something William possesses, he shows Arabella the beauty of life and everything in it. Faced with two different people, Arabella must make the ultimate choice about who to end up with- someone who understands her struggles or someone she feels a deep connection with but has never met in person- and along the way, realizes that life is all of what you make of it, and sometimes you just have to dig deeper than the surface.
