Author's Note At first, this text was meant for me alone. I wrote it so I wouldn't forget what I had understood, what I had felt, what I had touched with the tip of my consciousness. I needed to leave a trace. Because once words are written down, they allow us to remember more clearly. And because I know that doubt, forgetfulness, or the noise of the world can sometimes cover everything up. But the more I wrote, the more I realized how difficult it is to put this kind of reflection into words-and how much this journey requires staying both lucid, honest, and open. So I thought: maybe others are going through the same questioning. Maybe some people, somewhere, are trying to connect what they deeply feel with what they've been taught.
