This short series is about that friend called her who guides one out of my fear, insecurities and make one live life whole May be you are already friend with her or may be you fear her. As the title alludes, this is a collection of makeshift journal entries containing the musings and evaluations of therapist turned artist. Focused on love, loss, self compassion, and the evaluation of general life experiences through the lens of a clinically trained psycho-therapist, these honest, self reflective entries are simple trains of thought with not so simple underpinnings that question the true nature of one's being. Created in the same format as regular journal entries, the chapters will be published as they are written, and contain the same level of vulnerability as if they were kept in a private notebook. Openly writing about intimate relationships and personal struggles was done with the intention of inspiring the readers own self reflection and to encourage the hope that the reader is not alone if they relate to any of the explored topics.
