Our main character is a trickster with a vendetta against Fate. Marked by the Gods and given a quest she is unable to refuse: Kill the king. Restore balance. This is the story of Eris.

Shanna BlackStone has always hated the woods, fearing something evil was inside. Her father was always there to protect her, that is, until he mysteriously disappeared. Now without her knight to protect her, Shanna's fear has grown worse. When six new patrons come to stay at the Inn, she gets the feeling that they are not all that they seem. Can she figure out the mystery of the woods and maybe even find her dad, without being stopped?

A knight from a distant land has explored enough of one place to be ready to move on. However, instead of being able to explore the whole place in just a few years, he wishes to find somewhere he can never fully explore in his lifetime, just so he can imagine what possible things he could discover... How will this one knight fare?
