Sasuke era uma pessoa muito reservada e cega pela vingança, o seu objetivo eram apenas dois, matar o seu irmão mais velho "Itachi" pelo massacre ao clã Uchiha à um par de anos atrás e finalmente se reencontrar com a sua irmã que desapareceu depois da matança ao clã. Sasuke corre pela sua vingança e depois de a cumprir acaba preso na prisão onde irá encontrar a Rosada como sua psiquiatra. Sakura e Sasuke quando eram mais novos, ambos tinham frequentado a mesma escola, nessa altura o Sasuke era muito popular entre as meninas, mas ele realmente não ligava nenhuma para elas à excepção de uma que apenas lhe chamara à atenção sendo ela a Sakura. Já na prisão, o Uchiha lembrava-se dela e a Sakura com certeza se lembraria de quem é o Sasuke (afinal era apaixonada por ele), então ela esqueceu-se dele parcialmente por escolha, trauma e afastamento.
