A man lives in the woods. He has the mind of a serial killer and the mind of a crazy person. He stays away from people because his thoughts tell him to kill. to kidnap. to torture. One day he snaps and steals a icecream truck and kidnaps four kids. He Silently lets them try to escape but if one does he hangs them by their fingers.
