There once was a silly old man that gets a crazy idea to make himself some special grasshopper shoes so he can run and play with all the critters in his yard. But when they don't fit him, he has to deal with a nosey little spider that comes along and wants to buy them. It is a silly, rhyming story that will have you and your child laughing out loud! In this silly, rhyming story, the spider thinks he's so smart and can outsmart a fly. He has built a beautiful web and tries to get the fly to trust him so he can trap him in it. What he doesn't know is, this isn't just an ordinary house fly. This fly is super clever and has a surprise for him. I hope you enjoy this first book in the "If I were a..." series.
