Kaminari Denki has always been afraid of touching other people. With his quirk being hard to control; and literally being a walking supercharged taser left a lot of room for error. He didn't want to end up hurting his friends, or worse. So what happens when something does happen. This is my first fic, so it's probably pretty rough. Comments and feedback would be really helpful.
