Ever wondered why you feel the way you do? Or to the things you do? The way your mind functions has a lot to do with the way you are, and the things you do. It's amazing how every UNIQUE a human mind is, at some level but functions similarly. Sometimes you have the strangest of dreams. Some are scary. Some of them are worrisome. And the rest is absolutely angelic. Most human doesn't remember their dream. It is said that there's a time limit to how much you can remember about your dream. It only takes five minutes since you are up from your sleep. And an average person's dream is forgotten and in just 10 minutes. 90% of our dream is gone with the wind. Hence, if awakened at the REM (rapid eye movement sleep) stage, that person is more likely to remember the dream. Only few people remember who and what happens inside their dream. And it is said that a person only dreams of people he or she has encountered in life but it's impossible to keep track of thousands of faces that you come across each day. The only good part of dreaming is that you can often control your dreams. You can manipulate, twist and turn the beginning and the ending of your dreams like it's a movie being shot in front of you. It is called the "Lucid dreaming"
