Inspireing Stories

A collection of writing, which isn't exactly poetry, nor exactly essays. Hope you like it!

Hi :) This book is about the inspiring, heartwarming lessons we learn from time to time in our lives. It contains short stories with big ideas, and hopefully these stories can spark something in you to reflect on what really matters. These stories are not mine, I found them here and there and decided to make a collection to look back on. I am in no way claiming them as mine and full credit will be given to the original authors/publishers on the last page once the book is complete. If a story touched you in any way, please comment and vote - I love reading comments!

For Emma Lane, life is measured in ten-milligram increments. At seventeen, Emma is a veteran of the East Wing oncology ward. Her world is a landscape of sterile white walls, "heart-healthy" jello, and the rhythmic, suffocating hum of a ventilator. She's accepted her fate as a permanent resident of the "Beige"-until Liam Hale swaggered into her room. Liam Hale isn't just a patient. He's the Mayor. Charismatic, defiant, and refusing to follow the "Board's" rules, Liam has a plan that doesn't involve clinical trials or palliative care. He has a silver RV, a stoic driver named Marcus, and a crumpled piece of paper called The Rebellion Record. The mission: Ten targets. Seven days. One lifetime. From the neon glow of a starlight cinema to the salt-crushed cliffs of the Pacific, Emma and Liam trade their hospital gowns for emerald silk and wedding vows. They are outlaws on a mission to steal back the time the universe tried to take from them. But every mile on the odometer comes with a "Tax," and the hospital is a silent creditor that always collects. As the road runs out and the Pacific horizon beckons, Emma and Liam must decide: Is a single week of brilliant, technicolor rebellion worth the price of the quiet? A heart-wrenching, cinematic journey about the courage it takes to live when you're told you're dying. Perfect for fans of The Fault in Our Stars and Five Feet Apart.

High in the 33rd century, where humans have united under just 12 kingdoms, in times of uncertainty, rises the greatest of them all: Evnt Hill, a place shrouded in legend, courage, and the echoes of a forgotten war. It is here that young Kinney, a quiet orphan with a tragic past, discovers he may be tied to something far greater than the life he has known. When a devastating attack shatters the fragile peace of the region, Kinney is thrust into a world of advanced technology, ancient bloodlines, and a growing conflict that stretches far beyond the borders of his home. As the merciless Kibaren Empire advances with ruthless precision, whispers spread of powerful warriors, hidden secrets, and weapons capable of reshaping the world. Kinney, alongside his twin brother, Neo, finds himself caught between destiny and survival as he trains under loyal allies, uncovers fragments of his true heritage, and steps into armor forged for a purpose he barely understands. But shadows move in the Empire's high halls-leaders plotting conquest, generals haunted by their own scars, and a hidden figure whose ambitions reach into the very heart of the conflict. Their gaze turns toward Evnt Hill... and toward the boy they fear may one day rise against them. And the only one who can save humanity from certain extinction. With breathtaking action, emotional character journeys and a world rich with futuristic mysticism, The Light of Evnt Hill begins an epic four book saga about courage, legacy, and the spark within one person that can ignite hope and unity for an entire nation all just because of one's purity of heart. *All characters, names, story plots, technologies and the artwork belong to me. I have no interest in doing deals regarding this book. If I want to make deals, I will reach out myself.*

On the surface, I smile. But beneath, the poems never stop whispering. This is a story of joy haunted by thoughts. Thoughts that never go away

Aaliya never imagined stepping into the shadows of a world that wasn't hers-until Faris Al-Fayez. Cold, untouchable, and carrying sins heavier than the night, he is a man with blood on his hands and secrets in his eyes. Aaliya is everything he isn't-devout, determined, and dangerously out of place in his world. "You don't belong here, sweetheart." "And yet, here I am." She only wanted answers, but Faris doesn't do favors for free. Caught between faith and desire, love and destruction, Aaliya finds herself pulled deeper into the storm that is him. But when the past comes knocking and enemies close in, she and Faris must make a choice-walk away or risk losing everything, including each other. A gripping story of forbidden love, faith, and a man who was never meant to be hers.

If you want to question a bunch of people's sanity, you came to the right place.
