In his rush, he injected himself first. He felt strange but brushed it off. He then injected his brothers. What he didn't know was that the antidote didn't work like it was supposed to. The brothers no longer wanted to protect the egg. Instead, they wanted to protect Mikey. They killed the egg and started focusing on Mikey. They swarmed around him there for his every need. They listened to Mikey's every order and obeyed. Mikey and his brothers started experiencing changes. Their bodies became half turtle mutant half wasp mutant. Mikey was dealing with the most changes as he seemed to be transforming into a girl. When Mikey asked Donnie about it, he learned the truth. The antidote didn't heal them. The antidote mutated them further. It made Mikey the queen wasp. It made the others his servants and suitors. Mikey was the queen, which meant his orders had to be followed, and he was the priority. He was the only female and the only one who could reproduce. The others were the males and followed Mikey's every need. They were there to please him. He is their queen. This new dynamic changes things. There is no going back, though, and as things progress, they all find themselves happy with their new lives and placements within the family.
