It is not something you agree with and walk away from. This path is built on five forces: Root. Flow. Flame. Spiral. Shadow. Each one will ask something different of you. Each one will show you something about yourself you may not be ready to face. This is not about becoming perfect. It is about becoming honest, structured, and deliberate in how you live. Most people want change without weight. This is not that. If you continue, understand this: You are not just reading a book. You are stepping toward a way of life that will begin to hold you accountable. The question is not whether this path works. The question is- are you willing to live it?

STORY (in ten chapters): Former detective Lorelei Midnight has been retired for over a decade. Things haven't been easy for her, but she still managed to get by. She was invited to a private event reserved for well known figures. She thought it was going to be a waste of her time. An uneventful night in her recently uneventful life. But for some reason, she knew that that wouldn't be the case. She knew that something was going to happen. She knew somebody was going to die. She can already smell blood. PLEASE READ: This story has been inspired by Michaela Laws' series, "Ruffled". I'm going to do my own thing though. There might be stuff that will look familiar, so I'll try to fix that as much as I can (I don't want another One Piece thing happening). I know, it's a really shitty cover choice. Who puts a quote as their cover? Me, apparently. But it will come into play later. Just you wait. By the way, I've never written mystery before. This is probably going to suck and have a bunch of plotholes. But this'll be fun so fuck you guys (please don't sue me)!

Gyro Gearloose has always been known for his crazy inventions who also happens to work for the richest duck in the world, Scrooge McDuck. On a nice and relaxing day off of work, Gyro gets an unexpected phone call from Scrooge which ends up being another busy work day. When arriving to the McDuck's mansion, Gyro soon finds out that Scrooge's nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie are in charge of providing their ideas for the new gadget that he'll be making. Little did he know that his invention would be the cause of a brand new beginning.
