Just any little snippets I manage to write from my WIP. Centers around Marley, a student in Advanced Spatial Theory at Halcroft University of Magic. Alongside her brother Lyle (formerly named Lou, if you see that anywhere), Mars becomes entangled in a series of conspiracies surrounding the pinnacle of her academic aspiration -- the supposedly only theoretical creation of inter-dimensional portals.

Y/N Hopper, after the events of the movie Battleship, was put in command of his own ship. As him and his crew were at sea they come across more alien tech and what appears to be an abandoned and damaged ship but not any that they have been in previous contact with. Deciding to take a closer look and gather some info Commander Hopper has them move in closer to the unknown tech and ship to see if there was anything useful. But as they got closer the water around the strange ship began to become rough and choppy as a whirlpool formed. It dragged the strange ship down and pulled in the U.S.S Chimera, the ship commanded by Y/n. Little did Hopper know that this may be the last time he sees anyone from this world ever again as the whirlpool is actually a portal to a parallel world with WW2 Ship Girls and their own war. (P.s. you arrive about 2 months before the sirens show up and in your free time you watch anime. With being part of the navy you are a big fan of Azur Lane, so you will have an understanding of your surroundings when transported. You use this 2 month time period to set up your own secret base and prepare) Now Y/n Hopper must be a hero once again and save the world from destruction. (A/n - Somethings will be different to fit the story. Such as you don't meet or fall in love with Sam as you will more then likely have a harem of ship girls. Also it will follow the anime instead of the game. You will have some girls from Iron Blood and Sakura Empire but only after you convince them to join you.) (A/n - Other then that everything will remain mostly the same. But if there are any other changes I will let you know) (Currently on a temporary hiatus until I can either find or make the time to update. Of course it's not 100% accurate, but it was very good considering the author updates every day. The main character is neither evil or overly righteous. Not an MC who thinks his decision is always the most right. He will give suggestion to other people, but whether they do it or not he won't care. One of his life principle is as an adult, people are free to make decision, but they also have to bear with the consequences. MC is smart and won't throw himself to danger for every stranger that he met. He is loyal to his friend and doesn't collect woman as if they are Pokemons. The story focused more on the action rather than romance. There are some people who seems to be love interest but none are confirmed yet.
