SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO GET LOST TO FIND YOURSELF. Chloe always joked with her friend, Addison, about running away. Montana was the last place she thought she'd end up. It was thousands of miles away from from her commitment challenged boyfriend Alec and her pushy mother. Luckily, she has just enough change in her "adventure fund" to get her there. Addison wants her words to make a difference. In a half-hearted attempt to finish her latest article series before the month-end deadline, she convinces Chloe to join her on a wilderness road trip, showcasing all Montana has to offer. Deep down, she hopes rediscovering where she's from will clue her in to where future lies. Among the pebbles and pine cones, they cross paths with fellow adventurers - some more adept than others - a quirky artist filled commune and an anonymous poet who leaves scraps of his genius behind for others to find. Without realizing it, their quest takes on an unspoken mission: Discovering their own internal rhyme.

[ Game Over ] Amaririsu Tsubi seems pretty average for a fifteen-year-old girl. That is, a fifteen-year-old monster girl. Living in a world so cruelly divided by the grouping name "Monster" - and the much older term "Human" - she seems to have her life set up for her. A loving family (if not a little dark), wonderful friends, and a sassy robot companion, all she is missing is a love interest. So when a Human Boy moves to her school (and her table in Science) our story starts to really unfold. Starting off as a poorly plotted romance, it is soon known to her that things won't be so simple in her life as of the day she met the human. Or maybe it goes back a little farther than that? Start Over? Yes No

A short story regarding the virtual world, exploring the idea of multiple "layers" of reality. My very first work (written in 2022) (A few hidden details, including a major one revealed in the ending. There are clues throughout the story to help interpret the ending.)

Until, a strange young man named Dan comes to her high school changing the whole idea in a heartbeat.
