Author's funny take on her first train journey alone

Hey guys! So I've read a story about this before but I decided to write one myself so not all credits go to me for writing this. Thank you if you're reading this and I hope you enjoy! ------------------------------------------------------ Cover by David Vaughan ------------------------------------------------------ One evening a babysitter is going to lock the back door before they watch a show while eating dinner, when she sees footprints in the snow. She goes to investigate since the kids haven't been outside all day because of the cold. She finds them leading to an open window with no footprints leading away. Is someone just playing a prank or is there someone in the house?
