Patton has decided to invite the Dark Sides over for Christmas. Virgil's kind of hesitant, but he really misses his old family. Roman, however, is completely against the idea. He doesn't want the Dark Sides on the Light Side of the mindscape. But, maybe, for Virgil, he allows it.

For an embodiment of logic, Logan has been so distracted lately, everyone is starting to notice, and Logan is yet to figure it out. Figure out why he is so 'lost'. Lost in thought.

This is a story about a boy named Logan, it's also a story about a shoe and a book. Everyone knows the tale of Cinderella, but nobody knows where it really came from, nobody knows her glass slippers were actually boots, nobody knows that the fairy god mother was just a family friend and nobody knows that Cinderella was really just a nerdy farm boy trying to scrape by. Logan's life has been essentially taken from him, he's abused by his step father Roman, his Step brother Patton insults him every chance he can get and he's been closed off from the outside world. The only person he has left anymore is his god father Picani who's completely at his wits end, one day though he meets a handsome stranger named Remus and he can't stop thinking about him , all of sudden Logan can't just sit around and fade into the background like his step family wants him to. He's gotta take a stand and find his destiny and there's no fairies or talking mice to help him out on this one. Virgil, the son of Maleficent, is not a stranger to the pressure of royal life. As the Dark Prince of the Isle, he was required to keep up a reputation as a strong and fearsome ruler. Despite his anxiety, he managed to do so, but the Isle was much different than Auradon. Especially when you are both an Evil Queen's son, and a good King's boyfriend. In Auradon, everyone is watching you at all times. People tend not to mind their own business when it comes to celebrities or royals. Whenever he leaves the castle, Virgil feels as if he's on display to the world. With summer vacation coming to an end, and another year at Auradon Prep around the corner, Virgil wonders if he can handle what lies ahead.
