basically ill just type away in this book and give ideas for others to use or for me to be inspired to do later on. ill also do some theories for fandoms i like, like FNAF and FPE.

Huge trigger warning for anxiety, depression, intent to self harm. This was something I wrote a long time ago, when I was at one of my lowest points, and I needed a different outlet. This is for anyone who is really low, who wants to know if there is anyone else who can replicate your feelings in a classroom, specifically a sensory overload. All written material is based off of actual events personally experienced. To anyone else who just clicked on this and hasn't experienced depression, anxiety, or severe intrusive thoughts, high unpleasantness warning.

My friend was suicidal and we spoke about how she was feeling and I what I got from that into a poem to understand how she was feeling.
