Liberty Skye is a snow leopardess, master programmer, and master gamer, arguably one of the best in the world, and definitely the best in Rhode Island. While working on the groundwork for her latest project, a mysterious user comes online, saying she has an interest in her work. The user calls herself Snow Queen, and Liberty is a girl who likes interacting with her fans in any way she can, so she talks to the mysterious user a bit, and realizes that there may be more to Snow Queen than she first thought. Max Verstappen loves iRacing, even though he rarely finds a worthy opponent online. When he then gets squarely beaten by a girl called Lex, he can't let her go. So he makes a bet and loses. Now he is her teacher and has to teach her how to race a real car. Lex Bos works in a small seaside coffee shop and has little else to do in her free time than play iRacing to pass her time. When she beats Max, her whole life is turned upside down. Soon she finds herself entangled in the world of Formula 1 and Max Verstappen, but while he is one of the fastest drivers ever, her past is faster and catching up with them quickly.
