TW depression/self harm just spilling my secrets

I wrote this poem in one of my classes. It is based on the poem I Remember, by Joe Brainard. I hope you like it.

This book will have some random memories of mine.

I remember all the good and all the bad I remember when you laughed and when you cried I loved you and it was pure And I still believe in you my dear

This is a short story.

From ages 5-10 Danielle Richards danced and lived at the Opera Populaire. While living there she met the infamous Phantom of the Opera or as she knew, her Angel of Music. He taught her how to sing and became one of the best singers at the Opera House. At age ten she left the opera house to go live in America with her parents, leaving her Angel and opera house behind as memories. Now Danielle is eighteen years old and returns to the Opera House as a chorus girl. She doesn't even remember her past living there. Will she meet her Angel of so many years ago? Will she even remember her Angel? Or will be terrified of this Opera Ghost like the other chorus girls? FIND OUT IN I REMEMBER...... Authors Note: The Opera House was never burned down. And is modernized a little.

"I remember when..."

Ever wondered why there's always that girl that's quiet all the time . You never hear her speak and when you speak to her she just stares at you and walks away. Well that person is me Jessica Thompson. I don't usually speak much and people always think I am weird. At times they think I'm deaf or mute. Right now you must be wondering why I'm saying this so let me tell you why......... P.S. You will have too read this book to find out.👴

My Very First Poem written April 5, 2010.

【Updated 2021】 --- No matter what they said, it was Ryuu's very own fault. She wasn't the oh-so-kind-girl-who-happened-to-be-born-with-a-curse, she was a ruthless killer, a betrayer, a selfish girl. And she has to pay for her actions. Not allowed to die; Not allowed freedom; Not allowed happiness. This was the chance given to her by the heavens to redeem herself. To swear to the blood flowing inside her and protect King Hiryuu for as long as she lives. She was granted great power by the four dragons - a hand to destroy everything in its path, an eye to look to long distances, an leg with great jumping capacity, and indestructible body. Just not as powerful. Not enough to be remembered, even by the legends. Can you hear? In the quietest of nights, barely as loud as a whisper, the silent screams of the colourless dragon. - I do not own the Akatsuki no Yona anime and manga, but I do own Ryuu, my OC. - There will be romance later into the book. - Spoiler alert: It is advised to finish the anime AND the manga as I will be following the plot closely.
