I'm at peace on rainy days when my tears fall with the droplets of the light rain. It feels like the whole world is crying with me. Depression is a major obstacle to overcome, so it often times is easier to focus on the different aspects and symptoms of depression. Recovery is a marathon not a sprint. Many times it is more manageable to take a lot of little steps instead of one big leap. Taking one big leap and fight depression as a whole, may lead to failure and discouragement. Preferably focus on each and every aspect and symptom of depression. That way the root causes of the depression can be discovered and healed. In this book I will go through each and every aspect of my depression and many more. Everything in this book I got from licensed therapists, extensive medial research and my own experience.

I'm a struggling Psychology student with a lot of time on my hands and this is one of the ways I've been trying to make myself study. Lets hope it works. This a peculiar piece of writing I wrote in a moment when my inspiration had fine a bit crazy. It may appear as a total nonsense, but in my opinion it has a meaning, even if it's not a fixed one and it changes depending on the reader. I'd really like to hear your interpretation. A warning: try not to reason around it too logically, you'll just end up getting even more confused. There are a few references to Freud's theory on the Ego, Id and Superego, but you don't really need to be familiar with it.

We all have fears right? Right. But we also have some pretty stupid ones. I want you to think about your most irrational fear. Got it? Good. Well, imagine having that as your superpower. Sounds scary, well that's exactly what this book is about, with the pressure of having to save the world and fighting some aliens.
