I'm unsure of where I should start. Perhaps the beginning or possibly the ending.. Maybe the parts that are burned the deepest in my mind; I know where to start, my beginning. Before my life was abruptly turned upside down and the weight of the world suddenly started to crush me. When I was once happy, when life wasn't so chaotic.. Avery, Avery Valiente. That's my beginning. The man I planned to spend the rest of my life with. I'd dedicated five and a half long years to this man, my man. We were in love, the way every woman has dreamed to be. Not only had I made sacrifices, he did as well. Without me having to ask, he was there. Then one day we woke up, it was as if our fairytale had ended. Sometimes mathematics can teach you a thing or two about real life, if you just extrapolate things in the right context in to the real world. Extrapolation would actually mean stretching your estimation beyond the original observation and by that means extrapolation in itself is a very mathematical word that has extrapolated itself in to the lexicon of real world .

During my healing journey, I noticed, how many people do not know what "depression" actually means. In this book we will explore different aspects of depression. In case you are not a book person, check out my podcast on Spotify. I saw something many people suffering from depression and want to help them by sharing my own experiences. I also noticed, that their loved ones could not understand them, because if one has not experienced it, it is very hard to relate. So I will try to explain, what is going on inside the mind of a depressed person. While being depressed, it is not easy to express what one is currently feeling, due to a multitude of overwhelming emotions. But looking back, I feel comfortable to try to describe those emotions.

Could god be another invention of man to fulfill the needs that have to be met?
