A snippet of the 74th Hunger Games from the perspectives of the true star-crossed lovers of District 2. I apologize and realize that this follows closely to the book and isn't exactly a "fanfic", but I changed a few things to give Clove and Cato some character development and background. This version of events makes Clato so much more real! (I give full credit to Suzanne Collins for a lot of dialogue and descriptions during the Feast has been copied directly from her actual book, "The Hunger Games".)

Clove Kentwell, who lives in Panem, gets reaped. Cato Hadley. Her best friend, volunteers. Clove has had a big crush on Cato for a while now, they are now in a battle. Fighting to the death. She can't loose Cato. Like Cato can't loose her. Katniss and Peeta, were not the only Star Crossed Lovers.

Isabelle is a normal girl with some money troubles, who moved from a small town into a big town. Alexander is a popular boy who has the girls all over him. Isabelle has lots of issues in her life with drama, school, and family. While Alexander has it almost perfect. What happens when Isabelle's best friend Talia gets invited to one of Alexander's parties and she brings Isabelle along? Will it be love at first sight or the hate that everyone expects? When both are Selected to become reaping volunteers, things change. The plot is similar to that of "The Hunger Games", but many plot twists have been integrated... nothing is what it seems.
