Isaiah is a boy that loves Pokémon to the point that he would go outside his home of Pallet Town to give food to the nearby wild Pokémon, despite the danger that came with it. But one day, he's caught by the town's professor, Oak, who, seeing the boy's love towards Pokémon, decides to give him one of his own in exchange of going on a journey in hopes of completing his new invention, the Pokèdex.
