      Bab 82
She doesn't believe in love anymore. He doesn't believe in people. After being left at the altar for not being "pretty enough," Dr. Ishita Iyer poured her heartbreak into ambition. Now, she's on the edge of launching a revolutionary child-care startup - all she needs is the right investor... and maybe, a co-founder who doesn't treat her like an accessory. Enter Raman Kumar Bhalla - India's sharpest, coldest, and most respected business tycoon, whose heart froze the day his college sweetheart left him for his rival, Ashok Khanna. When Ishita unknowingly walks into a pitch event hosted by the men who've been at war for a decade, the past begins to echo louder than she's ready for. Tensions rise. Loyalties blur. Sparks ignite. And in the chaos of boardrooms, betrayals, and buried wounds - two broken souls find themselves unwillingly drawn to one another. But love isn't the goal. Healing is. A slow-burn journey of growth, ambition, and love that doesn't demand, but earns its place.

      Bab 1
A Marriage of Inconvenience Just Until We Divorce She had come to a distant village to do her job. He had come there to do his. Neither expected their paths to cross. And they certainly didn't expect one misunderstanding, one dangerous lie, and a village determined to protect its honour to end with them standing before sacred fire as husband and wife. It wasn't romantic. It wasn't planned. And according to both of them, it wasn't permanent. Back in Mumbai, they make a perfectly sensible arrangement. No one needs to know about the marriage. She needs a new place to live. He happens to need a tenant. They will share a roof, continue their separate lives, and quietly end the marriage six months later. Simple. Except somewhere between morning tea, late-night conversations, family dinners, arguments over absolutely nothing, and a house that slowly begins to feel different, their inconvenient arrangement starts becoming dangerously comfortable. Six months isn't very long. Unless it is long enough to build something neither of them knew they were missing. They had already decided how their marriage would end. The only problem? By the time the date arrives... neither of them may want the divorce anymore.

I really don't know what brought this along, only it simply came to me by itself. I don't know how it is to be honest really, just that it's a whimsical piece penned by me which came unexpectedly to me, that I simply had to write, since it wouldnt stop bugging me. Hope you enjoy reading this as much as I did writing it. As always, NOT PROOFREAD. Au Revoir.

No way to describe what inspired this only that I was listening to classics recently over the weekend and the two songs I have mentioned in this piece just made me think of IshRa somehow and this piece was created. No idea how coherent it is and somehow even before we had the news that has set the forum on fire somehow this piece had started coming to me set in the future. You will understand what I mean as you read it. NOT PROOFREAD, as always

I just cant seem to stop myself here. good lord, so this one comes to me because I was hearing the song that inspired the title and the content of this piece - Kabhi Neem Neem, Kabhi Shahad Shahad from Yuva... the song is SO Raman! Now half of this one came to me courtesy of the song and the latter half basically has just written itself; and I don't know how cohesive or coherent it is. The workings of the right hemisphere of the brain are beyond the logistics of the left one! But putting it out here anyways. NOT PROOFREAD.

Author' note - I have to say last night is still high on my mind these two are incredible...just incredible. Rare couples can have the kind of chemistry these two do and somehow as I recently heard a song penned by Gulzar Saab I couldnt help but recall these two. The composition one of the finest is a classic in my opinion which has not only inspired the content of this piece but also the title of it. The title Panaah translated in english means - Shelter/refuge...the words synonyms for home as well. Home can be a place but sometimes its also a set of people or just one person...home is something that is impossible to define as per me. It is a mix of good and bad, the beautiful and the ugly - but your home assures you onr thing - you are never abandoned; nor can you abandon home. I may not be making a lot of sense here frankly but hope the piece does. A special thanks to Doc (Eyes-Wide-Shut) for the help she provided me. I needed to be sure of the gist of the lines I have used for the epithet of this OS and since Urdu isnt my mother tongue nor even a language I can say I am very fluent in, I sought her opinion. The gist of the lines I have used has been penned by her, once again thanks a lot Doc *Hugs* without further adieu lets hit the show . As usual, NOT PROOFREAD.

Inspired by the cute RuMan moments. I just loved the moment where Ruhi is reading Raman a bedtime story and he is shown lost in his thoughts, no wonder thinking all of this is Ishita' doing... so the thought just gave me a brainwave and voila! this baby came up. Hope you enjoy this.. NOT PROOFREAD.

It's been a while since I have penned something since the show hasn't been very inspiring lately. However I couldn't help but write down something after watching the rain scene last week, I don't know how they do it but Divyanka and Karan breathe life into these characters as if they were written keeping them in mind. Such is the brilliance of their acting, you cannot imagine anyone else doing justice to Ishita and Raman ever. Prior to this show I had seen a little of Divyanka and not even one of Karan' show and I don't know how in the future I would watch them with other people because what they have is perfection in one word. This two-shot is my way of thanking them for the brilliance of their acting, since it's the only good thing about this show right now, not the writing, the direction or the story-telling, nothing but their talent is keeping this one going and I hope for them that they get something worthy of their talents. In addition, this piece is quite important to me, since with it I am really pushing the envelope and breaking my boundaries, I don't do graphic stuff, but this one just demanded it. I would like to thank one of my dearest friends of this forum Swathi for being there for me for this one. Swathi, this one is dedicated to Divyanka, Karan and you, thank you for being the darling that you are, for being the elder sister, I didn't have but needed. WARNING - Graphic Content, reader discretion is advised Forgive me for grammatical errors/typos if any

When Raman says to Mihir everyone has a choice to choose their happiness in this life, the only one we get is something we cannot deny. He even explains how those choices sometimes lead people to desperate measures trying to explain Shagun' actions. His words though were clear - your sister somewhere regrets her choices but she cant change things now - she can only move forward and for that she needs your help. The moment gave me a brainwave and I got carried away wondering what if we see a similar tale in the future on this show? A tale of choices and regrets, missed opportunities and second chances. This tale is set sometime in the future - say about four or five months from now. No idea though how much it can resonate only this is something that I couldn't help but pen down. NOT PROOFREAD.
