Charlie has always felt that there was something Mysterious about Akala Island, and after having a dream of the Akala Island Guardian, she declared it her duty to hunt down Tapu Lele and discover why they were so 'in tune'. While her initial motives lay in the name of science, she soon comes to realise there's something far bigger Tapu Lele has planned for Charlie. Something far more complex than 'in the name of science'.

Y/n lives in the Alola Region with their Father Kukui, they live on the island of Melemele. Both share a large secret, Tapu-Koko residing in their home and amongst their Pokemon. Y/n decides to enrol themselves into a school that their dad teaches at, Melemele's Pokémon School, to find out more about their Pokémon and Alola's history. Upon entering they meet a few new people and gain a few new enemies, along with the Aether Foundation who is attempting to find out all of Alola's history. A certain worker there decides to take it one step too far, which angers the Island Guardian into battling without mercy. Will both Tapu-Koko and Y/n figure out how to put an end to this large problem that has risen?
