The Captain had been using Mark. They didn't realize how bad of a person they had been until one night when their mental health was low. They didn't know what they wanted. Until they did. They wanted a hug. But the thing to summon Mark didn't have a hug button. In fact, all of the buttons were things that the Captain could probably do themself. The wormhole is now dealt with. Only the Captain and Mark remember what happened.... ...or at least they thought they were the only ones who remembered. (Kinda inspired by "Christmas Kids" by ROAR)

After jumping from wormhole to wormhole, the Captain finds Yancy, who tries to sing them a song. The crystal starts to glow mid-song, and although they couldn't hear it, they couldn't stand the thought of Yancy's face when he saw that they were gone before the song ended.
