The wormhole is now dealt with. Only the Captain and Mark remember what happened.... ...or at least they thought they were the only ones who remembered. (Kinda inspired by "Christmas Kids" by ROAR)

(takes place after "Life is ours to choose, as I always say") While on a supply run for the Invincible II settlement, Beck and the other crew leads end up on another planet, and Beck's past quickly comes to light.

After finally fixing the universe, the Captain, at last, arrives at the planet they plan to colonize. They try to forget the wormhole incident, but they are constantly reminded about the different universes they saw, and the people they met. Mark is the same way. They both have nightmares about the wormhole incident almost every night, and tell each other about them and try to comfort the other. They both have flashes of memories of the wormhole incident, constantly. Whenever they are the slightest bit reminded of the wormhole incident, they either have a mental breakdown, a panic attack, or both. They keep this a secret from everyone else, so as to not worry the others. What happens when the people that they met along the journey show up, and send them into a constant panicking state? They didn't want to worry the Captain, and they knew that even if they did tell the Captain, they wouldn't want to spend the rest of their days in a medical area. They would want to spend the rest of their days like any other. It started as just seeming like a cold. Then, it got a lot worse. The sneezing was more often and powerful, the number of times in a row increasing. The coughing, too. Then, the blood. The Captain had coughed blood. They didn't notice the blood on their hand, but the crew sure did. So, they held a meeting, and they came to the conclusion that the Captain was dying. Will the Captain ever find out, or will they die without knowing they would?

And also death at around the end of every chapter- or every other- idk I'm not done writing the whole thing-

The Captain had been using Mark. They didn't realize how bad of a person they had been until one night when their mental health was low. They didn't know what they wanted. Until they did. They wanted a hug. But the thing to summon Mark didn't have a hug button. In fact, all of the buttons were things that the Captain could probably do themself.
