If anything it was more of an invitation than a challenge, but still Richie replied with a "Oh fuck no! I'd beat you any day, Stan! Actually, let's go tomorrow? How about that, dickwad?!" It was only after his proposal that Richie remembered that he hadn't been to the arcade since his run-in with Bowers and his younger cousin, Connor. ~~~ A story in which Richie gets outed to all of his friends by Bowers and his gang, following up from his last encounter in which Richie met Henry's younger cousin. ~~~ Please bare with me, I have no clue what I'm doing.

Shelly Dawson was fully a loser. Back in her hometown, she didn't have many friends, aside from one - Janis. A pretty girl with long blonde hair and a sweet laugh. But when Shelly and her family were moving to Derry in the summer of 1988, she fully ruined things with her friend. And a year later, in the summer of 1989, confusing thoughts and feelings swirled to a head. As she tried to fight them, a ramshackle bunch of losers invite her into their group - but is it a pity hang out, or do they really want to be her friend? A story about Stanley from IT Chapter 2 if things worked out differently at the start of that movie, a story about Stanley taking a trip and finding himself, trying to deal with all the trauma of what Pennywise pit him through in IT Chapter 1. IT is a horror based movie/movies so please be aware some bits of this story many be unpleasant and may contain some spoilers of the two movies. (I do not own IT I'm just using the characters and plot line)

"Do you believe in soulmates?" "Yes." For a moment, Richie looked like he was going to say more. Then he glanced down at Eddie again, cracking a grin. "Mine is Mrs. K." "Beep beep." But Eddie smiled anyway, giving in and digging his hand into the bowl of popcorn. How was he supposed to resist it? He may have complained about getting Richie sick, but skipping dinner had made him ravenous. He couldn't believe he was eating this popcorn. He couldn't believe he had snuck out past curfew. He couldn't believe he was sitting here, next to his best friend. Watching a horror movie, of all things. How could he voice his gratitude to Richie for letting him come over? "Richie." "Yeah, Eds?" "Your fat ass is hogging the blanket." - Richie Tozier has been in love with his best friend since he was ten years old. As the years progress, he feels no different. He likes to pretend he doesn't care, but Richie would do anything for him. Alternatively, Eddie Kaspbrak is one oblivious boy- but he isn't oblivious enough to ignore the fuzzy feelings in his chest when he bumps hands with Richie, and he may be interested in looking into it a little more. - Side notes: Will include angst, fluff, pining, and heavy swearing. Will NOT include smut! Aiming for 4k - 6k words a chapter. Plot has not been fully mapped out. Was originally on @weavability and has now moved. Updates every Saturday.

Tears strained down my face, Stan took one look at me and attacked me with hugs. "What happened, y/n?" Stan asked sympathetically. I burst into tears, "Henry dumped me." All of the sudden, while I was in his arms, I felt different. I felt safe.

Richie cares too much about Eddie... a little too much, but Eddie cares too much as well
