My Note:
I'm back, even though I really shouldn't be. My last mess of a story that I have grown to hate with a passion, Love From the Shadows, is now on wattpad, with its deluxe version backing it. This story is for me to bounce back from an overall terrible and nonsense story like that, so this one will be more personal to me, and hopefully a little more bearable than that horror shit show of LFtS. If you're interested in reading my other works, which I don't know why you would, go check them out on Wattpad.com. Without further ado, I reveal to you my next terrible story, Love's a Melody.
Interlude:
Music. We all know it. Yes, it comes in different genres and comes to people in different ways, but we all have one thing in common: People bond through it. The amount of people who have grown a relationship through things like having similar music taste, using music as a hobby, or even just talking about it when you need to break the silence. Hell, I even met my best friend through this music thing. But that isn't what this story's about, it's about healing, and what music can do for us. The truth is, it's done more for us than we know.
"I had no way of knowing how much time, focus, and energy it would eventually take to achieve this, but despite the countless challenges along the way, I knew in my heart I would one day get to the finish line. I owed it first and foremost to myself. And secondly, I owed it to Hip-Hop." - Jermaine Lamarr Cole, "J. Cole"
