The two runners decide to bring her back to the Glade where she is put with the MedJacks. As soon as Newt sees her face he knows he knew her but he can't figure out how he knows her. Keeping this secret he volunteers to watch her in case she wakes up. When she does wake up however The Gladers realize she remembers alot more than any of them did. But she's only telling them the two things she knows are real memories Her name Vanessa and The dirty blonde known as Newt. Vanessa's appearance can only mean one thing the way she came in is the way the Gladers will get out. The only problem is They don't know where exactly she came in from and Vanessa has no memories of arriving in the maze.
