Loving can sometimes hurt someone that doesn't know you're loving the thing/s he/she loves for a long time too. It makes choices for you and him/her for what is the most important thing to choose. Don't blame yourself of loving something or someone, because it comes for a reason. Apologize for the someone you know that had been hurt because of your feelings, but don't be a slave of that someone's decision and wait for the right time for them to accept your apology.
