But in this timeline, Fuutarou has an adoptive brother who had arrived to Japan from the United States, but spoke fluent Japanese. Cy Uesugi, or as he kept his last name, Cy Barrett. A proud American who still cared for his family in Japan, while also having ties to America still. Quintessential Quintuplets and all art belong to their respective owners.

Chapter 4 is when the Nakano sieters really gets involved with Fuutarou.

There is no such thing as too many Nino fanfics, don't you agree? I read a few of these and I have to say, it left me craving for more. So here I am, taking my own spin at the series.
