The story took place after Danzo's death and with the start of the Fourth Great Ninja War, Naruto Uzumaki (16) prepared for his new dangerous mission. On his dangerous mission, he takes a stop on the new village called Hidden Forest Village which is located in the south of the Land of Fire, his mission is to hunt down the group of unidentified ninja assassins who attacked the Hidden Forest Village.

The Sage also gave names to each of the tailed beasts. Deidara is suddenly thinking about his past and the girl he left behind in the Hidden Stone Village. Hanako Arata, A girl that use to follow Deidara around like a lost puppy and a fellow member of the Explosion Corps up until the day he left the village in shambles, left the village, and later he was recruited by the Akatsuki. Now Hanako is ordered to hunt down Deidara and bring him back to face his punishment for his crimes. But can she do it, and when they finally do meet up again after five long years will new emotions and feelings surface?
