Why did I fall for him?

Ava Jackson resumes at West Academy for their spring semester, normal as can be. She's top of her class and little miss perfect, with a hint of attitude. Everyone adores her, especially the new boy Ryan Carter. Together, they're the power couple, at least in Ava's mind. Suddenly it becomes Ryan and Ava against the world, in a matter of weeks. Everyone abandons her, leaves her side, except Ryan. It's them, verses whatever may come. Ava loves it, solely them, until the summer when it's time for her parents to meet Ryan. Then things don't go over so smoothly.
