The earth is split into two pieces- Rumaien and Dimea. The empress of Rumaien, Evelyn, gets her powers at 16, which is when she is crowned empress. While she is excited to become the empress, the evil queen of Dimea, Aadya, is already planning her winning plan to take over Rumaien and leave them helpless. She also knows that Rumaien only survives from the power of Evelyn's staff, and she thinks Evelyn is helpless, but she underestimates her.

This is a form of a DiscWorld fanfic, but this takes place on Earth- in another dimension. Cassie found herself in another universe. Everyone believed it would be much better than the plain Earth. All thought wrong. Someone was chasing down Cassie. She came face to face with Death. Except... Death saved her. Not only that, but the one chasing after Cassie was not aiming for her. It was after her hero.
