Has there ever been a time in your life when you didn't have any friends or at least feel like you didn't have any. Well, thats what the main character Nicole Anderson is always feeling like. She is a very smart nice girl or at least thats what her best friend Jacob Smith thinks of her. When their school is shut down due to the school going bankrupt they have to switch to a brand new school ! Once they get to thier new school all Nicole can think about is trying to make new friends and trying to get distracted from the horror of her parents fighting constantly. But by doing this she starts to ignore Jacob!! Now Nicole becomes the new girl who has all the friends, goes to all the parties and gets any guy she wants.
