Ooo whats this? An angsty oneshot? Wow don't see these often. Izaya can't rely on a hospital to get to him in time, nor does he believe anyone else will actually come after him. There's only one person willing to put the flea out of his misery. (I may add a smutty second part to this sometime next Christmas, since I'm so slow to update)
