Izuku Midoriya is born Quirkless, and still wants to be a hero. One night at age 14, he has a dream of something odd, a man was there, with a red eye and purple eye. His name was Sasuke Uchiha. He actually just gets them after the sludge villain.

Izuku is deemed quirkless by his doctor because people treat him differently until one day he snaps and has had enough of the society that has considered him useless and weak. What will happen when one day awakens an old forgotten power a power stronger than any quirk?

As Izuku gets a dormant quirk where all he need was a little help but no he got abused neglected and abandoned by his friends and partial family

After getting beaten for the first time izuku unlocks the first tomoe sharingan. it matures throughout his life and keeps it a secret. (izuku learned that quirks devolved from chakra and as such with the sharingan he could copy any quirk he wanted with the only acception being mutant type quirks). with not even his own father all might caring for him(aka being threatened with izukus death) he carves his own path in life meeting his lover before he enters U.A. will he survive the threat's coming or not read to find out.

I live in a world where 80% of the population has these uncanny abilities called "quirks". 20% of the population are left out, thus being dubbed "quirkless". I am apart of a family called the Uchihas. The Uchihas were the most dangerous villains of all time; no one even came close to their power. The mere mention of their name sends people into a rage. I, Izuku Uchiha Midoriya, have to carry their burdens. I refuse to let my family name tie me down! I will take away the hatred of the Uchihas, the public, and the heroes & villains alike. I will take it all away to bring and instill true peace. I am no symbol of peace - that was All Might's job. I, holding the quirk: Eternal Ruler, will be the Enforcer of Peace!

Izuku Midoriya is a very special Child not because he was one of the few born quirkless but because he was born with a greater power. The power of a long forgotten people known and feared for their eye prowess they were known as the Uchiha Clan.

This is a sharingan Izuku story. He will have ofa and instead of all might it'll be nana. If you're looking for weird but straight ships than this is the one for you(not a harem btw). This story can get dark and gory at times and izukus past will be mostly a mystery. I'll drop some obvious hints though. The fact that all might isn't in here is already a hint.
