In the World of Paradise there are people who fight monsters,save people,and teach the next generation on how to be come what they are,Heroes. But it's illegal to a hero without a hero license. the people who do hero work without a license are called Vigilantes. One of these Vigilantes have a tragic past with one of the heroes.

Izuku Midoriya is the son of Inko Yagi née Midoriya and Toshinori Yagi, the brother of Izumi Yagi and has no Quirk. Or so everyone believes. Watch as he becomes a Hero and doing it near Quirkless.
