Conduits, people who have powers to alter the world around them. Any conduit powers are strong as the person gets stronger, as it takes up 35% of the population. These powers are wild and crazy compare to quirks, only having one type of its kind. Anyone would get a quirk, or two if they're lucky, or a conduit power only. But soon, very few people start to develop both quirks and conduit powers. And one young boy is one of these few people. See him go on a road of difficulty against the villains of the world while meeting many friends and people.

Izuku will have Overhaul's quirk. Izuku will also adopt Eri early on (She will already be adopted the first chapter) and Overhaul doesn't have his normal quirk but instead has a fire quirk and won't actually be a villain.
