In this story izuku doesn't get a quirk but he refuses to give up his dream then his parents died when he is still younger but gets adopted by gun head who knew his father and gun head trains him to get in to UA and izuku decides to be the first quirkless hero Nightwing or Dekuwing

Fear. Man kind has never been without it. It is etched deep within our very souls. But to live with such a thing is to face it everyday. Unable to escape its clutches as you try to move forward. But without it, there could be no courage. No worry to make one try to get better and be better. Izuku Midoriya, a young who lives in constant fear. So much so, he can't even look at the world through his own eyes. Despite it, he trains to become the best student at the Death Weapon Meister Academy. Will he surpass his fears and make a life for himself, or will he fall into the deepest pits of madness and shake the world?
