when Izuku midorya gets rejected by the whole world he becomes what he didn't want to become.

What would it be like if 2 certain people became outliers in a society where quirks mean everything. on one side, a quirkless kid is discriminated against something he cant control and the other side is not accepted because it is a supposed "usless" quirk. What would happen if they were to meet? Would sparks fly? Find out by reading here!
