Beaten down by his twin sister, Izumi Midoriya, and her best friend, Katsuki Bakugo, Izuku found no peace, not even at home. His father, Hisashi Midoriya, couldn't care less about his quirkless son and instead favored his gifted daughter. The only person who ever truly loved and cared for him was his mother, Inko. She took Izuku and moved out to start fresh, just the two of them. But tragedy struck when she died unexpectedly when Izuku was just 12. With no one left, Izuku ended his life. Izuku - Izumi (girl) Izumi has been familiar of Katsuki as from when they were younger but were never friends. They used to play when they were younger but that changed as they got older. Katsuki never bullied Izumi but instead protected her without Izumi every knowing. Katsuki comes from a family full of mafia leaders and members. The same goes for Eijiro. They both kept it secret for obvious reasons though. Izumi and Mina have been friends since birth and would only grow closer as years go by. They both comes from middle class families.

Izumi and Izuku Midoriya are identical twins in looks and personality due to them always being together. The only difference between then besides gender is Izumi has a quirk and Izuku doesn't. But Izumi is oblivious to how Izuku is treated due to Izuku hiding it from his innocent little cinnamon roll sister. What will happen when all the things that Izuku has been through comes into the light? Will Izumi still have the same feeling towards an explosive blond or will it tear them apart?
