Here the Despair sisters, Junko and Mukuro, fail to convince Izuru into helping them. As a result, both Junko and Mukuro are suspended from Hope's Peak Academy for an undisclosed amount of time. After they have confirmed their success in the Kamukura project, the staff decides that it's time for Izuru to return to school. This time, in the Main course. The 77th class hears about this new student and anticipates their arrival. How will Chiaki react to this new student? What will Nagito think of this multi-talented individual? Has Junko given up now that she's suspended or will she plot another despairful plan? Read the book to find out!

A bullet to the chest by that man and I have fallen. From what I remember, his touch was gentle, soothing, vividly reassuring even for someone like him. It was probably the first and last time someone has ever touched me like that.. I find it pleasuring to remember such an event in my life, if he didn't plunged that memory back in my brain then I wouldn't even be here kneeling before him at my own will. Serving him like a caretaker, worshipping him like a Servant. A lot of things about him bewilders me, but one of the confusing things that stands out is his hospitality. Despite his strict boundaries and rather harsh words, he handles me with care like I'm something frail, which is a fact when I'm being compared to him.. But that does not give him a reason to treat me like something he treasures. Truly, it is very questionable on my part.

Jabberwock island, home of the village Hope, lived one Prince Kamukura Izuru, Enoshima Junko's adopted brother. Enoshima had been recently dethroned, leaving only Kamukura to rule in the Enoshima bloodline. Enoshima had made it so that nobody could feel love, they'd be executed if they did, the rules stayed the same after Izuru took the throne since he wasn't bothered enough to change them, despite how unfair and cruel they were. Yet, a foreigner might make him rethink the rules, or maybe even break them, risking everything Enoshima created.

The life bringer... A mysterious entity. No one had ever actually seen him. Not even the other gods. Was he this busy with his work? A lot of rumors were circulating about him. Maybe had he disappeared long ago? Maybe did he thought he was too good to stay with the others? Maybe he was just too old to even move. There were so much rumors. What was true and what was not?
