However... ever since Delson Rowe; a boy who managed to free all the conduits from the DUP, and put Agustine to justice strives for equality for his Conduit family, had made the word 'Conduit' as someone of a hero in honor of his brother Reggie. Now over 100 years later, the word Conduit is... non existent, as the powers of the Bio-terrorists over the years have developed into something else... they developed into quirks, strange unique abilities only one of a kind to a person. This made the world spiral, and forgotten all about Conduits, but decided to focus on 'quirks', and make becoming a hero possible. The quirkless were seen as disgraces, a stain on a painting. Everyone wished that they weren't quirkless, they wished that they can be a hero like All Might. Izuku Midoriya, a quirkless boy wishing he can become a hero, and save everyone with a smile, walks into a strange alleyway. He saw someone wearing a mask. He recognized him as the new Vigilante.
