basically the cover is Izuku's wolf form just imagine four marks on him which are made up of a pink lightning bolt, a purple music note, a golden star and a green dragon representing the girls whom Izuku will be dating and they will have the same mark. For Izuku will be on his chest, back and both left and right arms.
