Clary finds out that she is pregnant and is worried about Jace's reaction. But, with the help of Izzy and Simon, she does the right thing and tells Jace about his child. They then find out that Sebastian is still alive and so are a few other people. He finds a way to get to Clary and everyone else and tries to be the new and improved Valentine. When they finally escape Sebastian, Clary gives birth to a beautiful baby. But, there is something wrong, so Clary makes a heartbreaking decision and runs away with Izzy, leaving the rest of their family behind. Including Jace. Izzy and Clary go take shelter in the Loss Angelus Institute, with Emma and Jules. While the story carries on about Jace in NY and Clary and Izzy in L.A, part of the book will get to focus on Emma and Jules. They have a spanner in there relationship and while Jules is trying to pull it out, it seems Like Emma is trying to kick it in further. What will happen if Emma kicks it so far that it is jammed in there forever?

After Jace cheats on Clary she runs. She ends up at the Klamath Falls Institute. They take her in and help her raise her children. But what happens when Jace, Izzy, Simon, Alec and Magnus go to the klamath falls institute to train with the best I only own the klamath falls people and the plot

When Clary discovered Jace kissing another girl, she rushed out of the Institute, horrified at what she saw. With adrenaline pumping and Jace quick on her heels, she was faced with the seemingly impossible task of figuring out where to go... Until she heard a voice from the shadows. The voice told beckoned her to go with a group of Shadow Hunters, and she agreed. It wasn't until afterward that she realized who they were. After City Of Lost Souls, Sebastian, who had tried to make a evil army of shadow hunters, but luckily it failed, and Sebastian vanished in thin air. Everyone thought that he would never be heard or seen from again, but they were wrong. They find a note that says "I am coming," leaving them clueless, but later on they do find out that someone is back, and they want one more thing. Things are coming to a end, what will they do? Will everyone fight for there lives? or will they give up on a broken heart for those who fought? Guess you will have to read :)

Izzy has graduated high school and dived right into the working world to support her three year old son, Jack. Jace has graduated high school and started college, working on his major of computer forensics. Finally realizing how much he needs Izzy, and haveing no reason to stay in California, he comes back to her. Their lives seem better now that they have each other again, but something wants to tear them apart. Something that won't rest until one of them is dead.
