Their story also has a similar concept. However, please note that my story is not at all alike to @SprinkleSquid's story, and that I did not mean to write a story under the exact same name. I wrote this story before reading their story. I am not trying to plagiarise someone else's writing.)

Jack always had struggles with the so-called 'holiday' Valentine's day. When he was single, and even this year when he's not. Maybe it's too sappy for him, or maybe it's just boring, but whatever it is, it can't be as bad as this years Valentine's. Because the purge broke out. On the most love-y day. Weird, right? But the Mets have more to deal with. The fact they could die at any moment. And maybe one dies. Maybe he doesn't.
