(Indefinite Hiatus) Post-series. A new enemy has shown their face to the hero. Yet again, it's up to Danny to come to Amity Park's rescue. Instead, he's the one that's been caught. What'll happen if he's the one that needs to be saved and that both Amity Park and the Ghost Zone are in danger? With the aid of three shadow entities, can Danny's family, friends, and archenemy rescue the ghost hero from his captor's claws entirely? So, this is the re-written version of my popular DP fanfic: DP Fanfic: Betrayal & Corruption. The other one was not as great looking as this one will be as the older version's riddled with improper structure, less description shown, and a roller-coaster of differencing chapter lengths. Since the cleaner version's been posted at Fanfiction.net and Ao3, I decided to post this version over here instead of rewriting the original entirely. That way, readers can see the difference between the two without the interference between old and new being combined. I don't own anything other than the story itself. In an alternate universe, Danny goes into the ghost portal, but this time he's not alone. Vlad Masters, his godfather, goes into a larger scale of the portal built in his college days to stop Danny from getting hurt, and they both become halfas at the same time, but without those years of experience or anyone at fault, one's inner darkness surfaces, the other's light shining brightly in it's wake. Danny's mother died, leaving Danny with just his sister and father at a young age. soon his sister gets excepted into an exchange program for talented and bright minds. Danny is left with his buffoon of a father and has to battle his nemesis. Sam and Tucker aren't his friends in this story.

What happens when Danny's family and best friends suddenly disappear and what happens when a group of teen heroes comes to Amity Park. Will there be a team up? Reveals? This is a re-release of a finished portion of the canceled Nicktoons: Nega Wars miniseries with patches for grammatical errors, new actions, and character dialogue. This takes place before the Toon Wars

What I'm trying to say, is that I'm sorry for the actions I've caused and projected onto you by being the Red Huntress." ~ After the reveal of his identity, people have been apolgizing to Danny nonstop for everything they've done to him, or lack of it. Danny just pushes the apolgies off to the side and immediately forgives everyone. But Sam and Tucker knows when something's wrong with Danny. They know when he's lying to himself.

Danny Fenton is 17, with his birthday in a few days, he will be officially crowned king of the Ghost Zone. But he also has a Field Trip interfering with his coronation. And when he finds out its to the Ghost Zone, things started to get complicated. DxS TxV JxDash

Danny has kept his ghost half a secret from everyone for years-his family, the town, even Sam and Tucker-he also got his powers earlier than in the show. (I'm still figuring out an exact timeline for things, I'll include that in an author's note). This is a field trip story! But, Sam and Tucker don't know about Danny being Phantom so that makes things different than other ones I've read (although my writing skills are terrible so this is going to be a very fast paced plot so sorry if I move it all way too fast). Danny is in senior year (they're all 17 in this) and his class is going to the ghost zone for a field trip...what could go wrong?
