Catherine Stark and Jackie Kirk used to be in a secret affair. Catherine, a teacher couldn't seem to take her eyes off of one of her students, Jackie. The two developed a strong bond, but it all came crashing down after someone leaked pictures of them and their relationship was completely exposed and was no longer a secret. Catherine stopped teaching completely in person, and now teaches remotely from the comfort of her home. Jackie went back to acting after dropping out of college. Jackie and Catherine haven't been in contact with each other, until Jackie finally reaches out to Catherine. And the pair picks up right where they left off as nothing ever happened, Jackie asks Catherine to move to Los Angeles with her so they could start a life together, a life where they don't have to be afraid to be the couple that they are. "This is life after Bloomington" Jackie soon becomes pregnant, and Catherine proposes to her, they start off fresh, getting the start they always wanted and deserved together.
